HLCPE was established in 1983 to cater to the needs of coaching the students aspiring for the CA (Chartered Accountant) professional course, as no such academic facility was available in the city. In 1998, the Center became the accredited coaching Center of the Institute of Charted Accountants of India and has achieved high accolades and popularity as a result of consistent and proven result and ranker at national level. In June 2005, the Center introduced the autonomous professional courses by blending various areas of management with information technology. We define our institution as an Educational Hub, a center of excellence which continuously trains undergraduates and graduates for professional courses, retrains professionals with domain specific intensive courseware and integrates them with their core specializations, thereby enhancing their capability to contribute more effectively in their work environment. We have also ensured that the course content should be continuously redesigned to match the changing demands of the corporate world. The syllabus of the courses, admission procedure, pedagogy and even the evaluation system is designed in tune with the changing business environment. We are a listed course provider for ACCA (Association of the Chartered Certified Accountants) – UK Qualification, Approved Course Provider for CIMA (The Chartered institute of Management Accountants) - UK Qualification and GLIEM CONCORDE Course Provider for CPA- USA Qualification.
