The aim of the exercise is to study the skill set of individual candidates and suggest ways and means to improve the skill levels in order to reach acceptable levels in the industry. This will enable candidates to fulfill their potential and convert opportunities in companies. The target sector of companies is IT , ITeS , BPOs , KPOs. The eligibility criteria for candidates is students undergoing graduation and in their 5th semester in Engineering or undergoing any graduation course in Arts or Science. The assessment would be based on problem solving and communication skills. Guidance on strengths and areas of improvement and techniques to enhance these skill levels would be provided. The candidates would receive individual attention from the director towards meeting this objective. A report would be provided for each individual candidate.
