Incoming and outgoing materials are properly checked and compared with the gate pass quantity dates and authorized signatory sign and entered in books maintained for incoming and outgoing separately and also noting it as returnable or non returnable. 3. Visitors are received with respect and enquire them about the purpose of their visit, the same will be conveyed to the concerned person and on his permission proper entry will be made in the register and will be sent to reception after issuing visitor pass and ensure that the pass is collected back when the visitor leaves the premises. 4. Securities will check regularly the D G and lighting and ensure that they are in working condition. 5. The Security are qualified and well educated who can speak politely with the visitors and staff and discharge their duty properly. After confirmation from the person to whom they want to meet entries will be made in the visitor book and visitor pass will be issued before sending them in. Occurrence Book Security will maintain occurrence book and write reports on hourly basis. They also make note of any untoward incidences.
