COMPANY PROFILE AND QUOTATION It is important to realize that the security has a direct bearing on profitability because it is an important dimension of Loss management, like fire and safety. The direct correlation between Portability and good security is obvious for a business organization. Profit and loss are the two sides of the business coins. The R J SECURITY FORCE is a security agency, well managed by professionally qualified o deliver professionally managed service of well trained youths who will be enrolled as Security Guards. Smartness, well dressed appearance, physical fitness, intelligence and education are the profile of a Good Security. He should be alert and well trained in security duties, and motivated. Our aim is to convert the existing standards of Guards to the desired level gradually. Our recruitment is based on above profile. However we do remember that quality always comes at a price. A well trained, alert security professional is mandatory, which should brook no compromise. We believe, to be effective, the Security Personnel must be well – trained in security duties and should be a motivated force. Types of Services Offered : 1. In Factories and Industrial establishments. 2. In Shops, Business premises, Offices, Ware Houses, Residential Bungalows of VIP’s and Exibitions. 3. In Star Hotels, Residential complex and Kalyana Mandapams. 4. Clearing, Forwarding Agencies, Storage Yards, Project Sites, Open Garages etc., 5. In Establishments, Street Houses and Isolated Locations in far off Colonies. 6. In Banks, ATM Security, Escort Duties etc., Categories of Security out Fit: 1. Ex-Service Personnel. 2. Ex-Para Military. 3. Well Trained Civilians. Service to society is our Moto. We Endeavour to cater the needs of the clients as well as those seeking employments deems to be fit and take only a bare minimum to cover overhead and professional charges. Training: As we emphasize much on training of our personnel we meet the following:- a) Proper Verification of antecedents. b) Building up of proper characterizes. c) Smartness and proper turnout. d) Obedience with required assertiveness. e) To attain fitness both physically and mentally. f) Trained to attain proficiency in fire fighting and First Aid. Terms and Conditions: Following Terms and Conditions are applicable for providing Security Services at any premises. Deployment of Services: The deployment of security personnel at various Post and Shifts will be decided after mutual discussions between R J SECURITY FORCE Chief Executive and the Management. Shift Timings: 8 Hours 12 Hrs. 09.00 to 17.00 hrs - General Shift 7.00 AM to 7.00 PM 06.00 to 14.00 hrs - 1st Shift 7.00 PM to 7.00 AM 14.00 to 22.00 hrs - 2nd Shift 22.00 to 06.00 hrs - 3rd Shift Regular and Surprise Checks: We conduct surprise visits during holidays in disguise, to ensure the security personnel are vigilant. We also have a system of varied inspection timings. Discipline: All our security personnel are trained in the positive and constructive discipline which corrects moulds and strengthens their interests in understanding their duty properly. We also make sure that all our security personnel are dressed as per our uniform code and strict disciplinary action will be taken against any assignment errors. Replacement: This agency will make changes or replacement of security personnel as & when required for administrative purposes and as per the Management’s request from time to time. Every three months we will rotate the security guards. Uniform, Equipment and Stationery: A uniform material for our security personnel and maintenance of the same is the responsibility of our agency. Rain coat and Gum boots during Monsoon, Torch Lights, Cells, Stationery & Registers for official purposes are to be provided by the management. Duration of Contracts: The contract shall be for a minimum period of twelve months from the date of starting of service with one month notice on either side for termination of the same. Other Liabilities: The entire statutory obligation such as ESI, PF and Service Tax etc. Will be complied with by us. Canteen, Accommodation & Medical Facilities: Canteen facilities if any on subsidized rates, accommodation and medical facilities if any may be provided to our security personnel also. Insurance of Property: We advice our client, for comprehensive insurance of all their properties as an additional security precaution. Misuse of Security Guards: Please note that our security personnel will not be utilized for any other purpose for this would constitute a breach of security. Your co-operation in this is solicited to ensure that this company gives you efficient security services. Bills: We will be submitting our bill on the 1st of the following month and request you to kindly pay us within three days of submission of our bill in the form of Cheque / D.D in favour of R J Security Force. Following Types of Security Personnel are provided by us : s/no Category 8 hrs per head /per month 12 hrs per head /per month 1 Security guards 2 Security head guards 3 Assit security officer 4 Security officer 5 Lady guards 6 House keeping staff 7 Bouncer Rates negotiable Service tax 12.36% at the existing rate payable by the client.
